If you are doing Uber under your name then the entity type is Individual. Most of the uber drivers in NZ will be under this category. If you are doing Uber under the name of a business, then it is legal entity. I don’t know if we can do Uber as a company. If you are a sole trader, still it belongs to the individual category.

Note: I have updated this setting on my uber app and still Uber asking to enter the entity type. Strange.
