Interestingly, before or after a golf rivalry course with family or loved ones, you can relax further at the beach or the He puna Tainmona hot pool, which is within a stone’s throw. The challenging and enjoyable 18-hole indoor mini golf and neon blacklight space is at 60 Brighton Mall; just be sure not to forget the address, as you will always want to go back.
Owners of Alice in Putterland, Hazel and Mark Jenkins, opened the mini golf establishment on Hazel’s birthday, 27th November 2021. Hazel got the dream of Alice in Wonderland and mini golf, and Mark brought it to life with a beautifully designed mini golf course. At the same time, local graffiti artists creatively created and completed the stunning artwork before they opened the space.
The mini golf course is divided into three sections. The first six holes revolve around Alice’s arrival in Wonderland, including how she got stuck in the ceiling and other initial encounters. The following six holes are in a specially designed room featuring a beautiful, dark, glowing ultraviolet space and intergalactic forest. The last six holes of the adventure contain the Red Queen world and a hole with Jabberwocky.
Head to Alice in Putterland by driving 14 minutes from the city centre via Hereford Street and Pages Road to enjoy the mini golf course. They open daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Before you leave, you can try to buy Alice-themed merchandise, such as clothing and homewares, for your loved ones.

#2:- Jurassic Adventure
In 2022, Christchurch city councillor Aaron Keown and his friend, the city care maintenance contractor Pete Gatonyi, opened Jurassic Adventure, Christchurch’s largest theme park. The park has one of the best outdoor mini golf courses and is the only fully accessible golf centre, even for people with disabilities in Garden City. The course features a push-down flap at the end of each hole, granting them access to the next hole. The obstacles in the course are also well-spaced enough to permit wheelchair passage.
This mini putt course is a fun-filled and exciting adventure for everyone. You must complete the 18 holes among giant dinosaurs, which always make noise to scare golfers and put them on their toes.
The park is at 239A Opawa Road, Hillsborough. It opens at 10 a.m. and closes at 5 p.m., except on Fridays, when it closes at 8 p.m. It’s a 10-minute drive via state highway 76 from Christchurch CBD.

#3:- Holey Moley Golf Club Christchurch
Holey Moley Golf Club, one of Christchurch’s finest putt-putt venues, arrived in the central district in October 2022. Its location on the ground floor of Christchurch’s EntX complex alongside another entertainment space, Archie Bros Cirque Electriq, and beneath the HOYT cinema is absolutely perfect! Located at 617 Colombo Street, it’s less than a 5-minute walk from the city centre and directly opposite the bus interchange.
Thus, you can drop by after work with colleagues or start a mini golf rivalry with friends and family before catching your bus home. You can also host parties and celebrations or have a date at the space.
The Golf club offers an 18-hole mini golf course. Every hole has a fantastic theme and offers something new, cool, challenging, and colourful. One hole features a working model of a Ferris wheel.
The course is divided into two sets of nine holes, and you can choose to play just one. In the course, you must make your path through the HMS Teetanic, a kid in the Candy Shop, Kong Live the King, and Morning Tee with Nana. #5:- Caddyshack City
Caddyshack City is one of Christchurch’s most exciting indoor mini golf courses, offering families—especially kids—a fun weekend or holiday escape. It is also an all-weather large venue offering fun-filled and detailed 18 holes with different themes (representing local and international historical events and features like the Auckland sky towers), skill challenges, and fantastic scale models.
The course takes you through castles, gondolas, roller coasters, volcanoes, glacial caves, aeroplanes, sawmills, and even space shuttles. You will need to avoid obstacles from time to time. All these automations make the game breathtaking and fun. In addition to the mini golf games, your kids can play up to five arcade games at the venue.
It is open daily from 10 AM to 6 PM (7 PM on Saturdays) during holidays. Outside holiday periods, it is only open on weekends. The golf arena is in a great location: just a 9-minute car ride from Christchurch CBD, on 21 King Edward Terrace, Woolston, opposite Tannery shopping mall.
